Vision

Vyara was created to offer a more intentional approach to psychiatric care, one that allows time for thoughtful evaluation, meaningful collaboration, and personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatry with careful attention to the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors that influence mental health. I value collaborative relationships, patient education, and helping individuals better understand their experiences so that treatment decisions are informed, individualized, and aligned with their goals.

Mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. Every person's story, circumstances, and priorities are unique, and treatment should reflect that. My goal is to create a space where we can slow down, ask thoughtful questions, and develop a plan that supports your long-term well-being.

Beyond Psychiatry

Outside of psychiatry, I value activities that cultivate balance, presence, and lifelong learning. I also enjoy strength training, healthy cooking, traveling, and exploring new cultures. I have a personal interest in Ayurveda and enjoy learning how Eastern traditions and Western medicine can complement one another in supporting overall well-being, an approach I incorporate into my own life.
